2015 – Popular Comedian, radio presenter and actor Phelix Odiwuor, popularly known as Jalang’o,
was recently surprised by a request made by one of his fans in public.
Apparently Jalang’o
was on stage entertaining a huge crowd that had been attracted to a road show
in which he was participating in, when a lady made her way through the multitude of people and requested him to bless her 2 months old baby.
Taken aback by the
strange request, the comedian took the baby by his arms and asked the lady why
she had asked him to perform the ritual.
The lady, who had even named the child after
Jalang'o, responded by revealing that she was just a huge fan.
After praying for the blessing of the child, the Radio Maisha presenter later took to social media to narrate his experience.
“Never Felt this happy..This woman pushed her way through the crowd and
she insited that i take her 2months old baby in my arms...she told me to bless
her baby for her...asked her how? She told me the baby is called Phelix
....named after me..she says she is my No 1 fan and promised the husband that
she will name the baby Jalango....hehehhe..when she heard that i was around she
brought baby Phelix all the way to meet me....God Bless Her for me." He said as he shared the photo below.
