SHOCK for Pastor NG’ANG’A as IG Boinnet ‘betrays’ him: He may end up in jail now

Monday, 10 August 2015 – Things have taken a shocking and unexpected twist for embattled city preacher James Maina Ng’ang’a, who is at the center of a controversial fatal car accident that claimed the life of one lady, after the Inspector-General of Police Joseph Boinnet recommended that he be charged with causing death through dangerous driving.

Through an investigation report handed over to the Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko on Monday morning, Boinnet recommends that the pastor, who recently cursed those linking him with the killer car crash, face the full force of the law.

The report was compiled after the IG ordered a fresh probe into the accident after public outcry that there was a plot to defeat justice.

Simon Kuria, who told police that he was behind the wheel of the Ranger Rover that rammed a saloon car leading to the death of Mercy Njeri, will also be charged with giving false information to the police.
