The man of cloth, who a few weeks ago killed a motorist in Limuru while drunk, was arrested moments after filing a case at the High Court seeking to block his arrest.
His arrest comes after the Director of Public Prosecution Keriako Tobiko, issued orders to have him charged over the fatal accident which claimed the life of an innocent soul.
Two police officers from Tigoni Police Station, who handled the case, will also face charges of conspiracy to defeat justice together with 2 other suspects.
