PHOTOs as Cord MPs dress in school uniforms in solidarity with the striking teachers

Wednesday, September 23, 2015 – Cord leaders and MPs will today afternoon congregate at Uhuru Park to pile pressure on the head of state, President Uhuru Kenyatta, to implement the teachers’ salary hike, which was awarded by the Industrial Court a few months ago.

In solidarity with the striking teachers, various legislators from the opposition side have decided to step out while dressed in school uniforms.
