The Kitanzi hit maker, who had been accused of trying to sabotage Bahati’s career by stealing his songs, claimed that he had decided to put down his ego and apologize to his colleague despite not making it clear if he did or did not commit the alleged crime.
According to Willy Paul he wanted his relationship with Bahati to be as it used to be before the two became famous.

However, three days after Willy issued his apology and asked his rival to agree to a Collabo, Bahati has maintained a loud silence on the issues.
According to Bahati’s close confidant, the Barua hit maker is not intent on responding to Willy’s sentiments as he feels the act of posting the apology online was a publicity stunt Willy Paul is pulling in order to promote his upcoming new song.
Bahati, who has all along claimed that he had forgiven Willy, went ahead to maintain that there was no bad blood between him and his rival during a live TV show on Sunday.
