WILLY PAUL might not like what WYRE had to say: it’s the Bitter truth! (Look)

Thursday, 24 September 2015 - Renowned Kenyan dancehall singer Wyre the love child is without a doubt one of the most successful musicians in the country.

Many have credited him with single-handedly raising the Kenyan dancehall music to international levels as he has worked with some of the most revered dancehall artists in the world.

However, despite his immense success, Wyre, who is fresh from releasing his third studio album titled Lion, remains one of the most humble and down to earth celebrities.

The Nakupenda Pia hit maker, who has collaborated with the likes of Alaine, Cecile, Peetah Morgan, Gramps Morgan, Jemere Morgan among others, easily interacts with his fans and unlike many local celebs, he is neither boastful nor full of pride.

Speaking during a recent media interview, Wyre sought to explain how he maintains such a calm personality and his answer seemed like an appropriate advice to some local musicians who have been branded as too proud.

“The moment you let fame get into your head is the beginning of your downfall.” Wyre said.

Wyre went ahead to advise his fellow celebrities on what they need to do in order to succeed in the music industry.

“Stick to your principles and be God fearing. It will take you a long way in your career.” The singer said.
