Tuesday, 27 October 2015 – Multi award winning Tanzanian superstar, Diamond Platnumz is still the talk of the continent following his big win at the just concluded MTV Europe Music Awards (MTV EMA) where he made Africa proud by winning the coveted Best World Wide Act (Africa/India) Award.

Diamond, who had earlier seen off stiff competition from his African colleagues to bag the 2015 MTV EMA Best African Act Award, received the highest number of votes to beat his closest contender from India.

The Number One hit maker’s win has not only seen his fans and fellow African musicians take to social media to congratulate him but it has also seen the bongo star recognized internationally.
