New twist in KTN's Mohammed Ali’s drama with Kenyan Police

Wednesday, 21 October 2015 - A few days ago, Kenyans were shocked by the audacity of a police officer in Lamu, who apparently took to social media and threatened to kill KTN’s investigative journalist, Mohammed Ali.

Senior Administration Police officer, Chrispus Mutali reportedly took to his twitter account and promised to ‘finish’ Mohammed for continually meddling with the government.

The twitter rant by the supposed police officer caused an uproar on social media with many Kenyans condemning the government for allegedly trying to eliminate the renowned journalist for being outspoken.

But in a strange twist of events, the Kenya Police has come out to disown the daring officer.

Through a tweet on the official National Police twitter handle, the police force claim that  Mutali’s account is fake and malicious.
