Revealed; How WILLY PAUL & his mother conspired to get rid of the singer’s Baby

Thursday, 22 October 2015 - Popular Kenyan gospel singer Willy Paul seems to be getting into bigger and messier controversies by the day.

This is after a 23 year old lady from Mathare estate, who had accused the singer of forcing her to abort their baby, came out to give finer details of how the singer and her mother had worked together to ensure that she terminated her pregnancy.

Speaking during a recent media interview, Flocan Waithera, also known as Maryanne, claimed that she was in a relationship with Willy Paul for 9 months during which she got pregnant.

However, according to Waithera, the pregnancy was the turning point of their otherwise happy relationship as soon after the gospel star was informed that he would soon be a daddy, he turned violent and denied being responsible of the girl’s pregnancy.

“He at first denied the pregnancy and later when I showed him the pregnancy test results he urged me to abort and I refused,” claimed the lady.

But in a shocking twist of events, Waithera, who was by then 17 years old, claimed that even Willy Paul’s mother had urged her to abort her unborn child when she went to seek her assistance after she realized that Willy Paul had become a player.

“When I went to show him the pregnancy test results, I found him with another girl and we fought until he hit my belly. I later explained to his mother who also asked me to abort,” Waithera narrated.

It was then that the teenager eloped from Mathare estate and went to stay with her father in Kangemi for a month to gather the courage to explain to her mother how she had been impregnated by a neighbour’s son.

“When I went back home, I told my mother and she said I should not abort and promised to help me raise the baby,” she explained.

The lady was unable to complete her secondary education as in 2010 she gave birth to her daughter and got menial jobs that would help her meet her daughter’s needs..

Waithera is now urging Willy Paul to take responsibility of his 5 year old daughter.
