Waah!You won’t believe what this crazy lady did to the President: Even his wife doesn't do that!

Thursday, 22 October 2015 - Politicians always encounter bizarre things during their day to day encounters with their constituents.

However, none has experienced what Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni went through during a recent public function, when a lady broke through his security detail and ran to where the head of state sat and went ahead to sit on his lap amidst loud cheers from the public.

The super courageous woman then removed some leaves from her bag and went ahead to place them around Museveni’s neck as the baffled President looked on in disbelief.
