JCC's ALLAN KIUNA's daughter, STEPHANIE, engages in occult practices(PHOTO)

Friday, November 13, 2015-Although some see it as a fun-loving and harmless event, there has been a huge debate on whether Christians should celebrate Halloween.

Halloween is an annual event that mostly takes place on October 31st but some Bible scholars believe it’s an occult practice associated with evil spirits.

They describe Halloween as a festival of the dead,  a time when witches attempt to communicate with the dead through various forms of divination.

But even as the debate on Halloween ranges on, daughter of flashy city pastor Allan Kiuna and Kathy of JCC, Stephanie, joined millions of people across the world to celebrate this occult practice.

Check out the photo below as she marks the annual event associated with evil spirits.
