The killer
crash involving a saloon car and a truck occurred only a few metres from where
Nana lost her life and it claimed the life of a taxi driver who was on an early morning job.
According to Nairobi Traffic Commandant Edward Mwamburi, the accident occurred when the truck driver traveling from Ruiru towards Embakasi tried to overtake and collided, head on, with the saloon car heading in the opposite direction.
However,
what has shocked residents of Utawala area, who live along the busy highway, is
the similarity of the accidents that have been happening along the bypass leaving many wondering if that part of the road has been cursed.
