Even though his family members and friends accepted and moved on, the Nairobi Senator earlier on today took time to remember her by jotting down a heart-felt message.
On 2/12/1997 I lost my dear Mum Saumu Mukami Mbuvi. I lost my mum at a very young age. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal. Whenever i see her lovely photos in my office I miss her every hour every day. Mum, your memory will forever be with us. I probably wouldn’t be where i am as Nairobi Senator were it not for the sacrifices that you and my lovely late Dad made. You might be both gone physically but spiritually you will always live in our hearts.God be with you till we Meet Again Mama, I love you.
