Tuesday, 08 December 2020 – A little known lady has become an overnight celebrity after her photo was splashed on a billboard during her birthday.
Her close friends contributed money and booked for a space on a busy highway to wish the beautiful lady a happy birthday as she turns a year older.
“Happy birthday Shakira. We wish you love and happiness,” the billboard read.
