Notorious thug behind phone snatching in Kangemi exposed – His name is RAS and he brags that he is untouchable (PHOTOs).

 Monday, 07 June 2021 – An undercover cop has shared photos of a notorious criminal who is alleged to be behind phone snatching incidents in Kangemi and its environs.

The suspect identified as Ras owns a motorbike and moves around snatching phones from the residents of the afro-mentioned estate.

Ras brags that he is untouchable and the residents fear him but the dreaded undercover cop has vowed to deal with him.
