 Friday, February 11, 2022 – Deputy President William Ruto could not hold back tears at Olengurone in Nakuru County during a roadside rally after a young poet touched his heart.

The talented girl, identified as Doreen Cheptoo, recited an emotional poem encouraging the second in command to keep fighting despite facing challenges.

She reminded him how he was betrayed by President Uhuru Kenyatta and said that despite the painful betrayal, God has ordained him as the next President.
