RUTO is beginning to get scared of losing to RAILA as reality hits him hard – You won’t believe why UHURU’s allies have not resigned from the Cabinet.

Sunday, February 13, 2022 – Deputy President William Ruto is a worried man after it emerged that none of President Uhuru Kenyatta’s allies has resigned from Cabinet even as his allies exited en masse early this week.

Addressing a press conference on Friday, former Foreign Affairs CAS and Ruto’s chief campaigner, Ababu Namwamba expressed fears over failure by CSs, CASs and PSs allied to Uhuru and his handshake partner, Raila Odinga, to resign.

He asked the CSs, CASs and PSs drumming up support for Raila to resign and fully engage in campaigns.

Namwamba accused his colleagues of using public offices and resources to campaign for Raila and giving him an undue advantage over Ruto.

“Is it in order to purport to be holding a public office and continue to engage in politics?” he posed.

CS Fred Matiang’i (Interior), Keriako Tobiko (Environment) Ukur Yatani (Treasury), James Macharia (Transport), Peter Munya (Agriculture), Joe Mucheru (ICT) and Eugene Wamalwa (Defence) have all refused to resign from the Cabinet even after declaring support for Raila and openly campaigning for him.

Namwamba resigned on Wednesday to take up a new role as head of international relations at William Ruto 2022 presidential secretariat.
