 Monday, February 21, 2022 – A screenshot has emerged of how renowned Nairobi lawyer, Ahmednasir Abdullahi, responded to National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi after he referred to him ‘as a proxy of Deputy President William Ruto’.

Muturi kick-started the conversation by urging Ahmednasir not to be personal with his remarks and soberly engage his audience because he is ‘just a proxy’.

However, in a rejoinder, Ahmednasir, who in legal circles is referred to as ‘Grand Mullah’ blasted Muturi, saying he would be nobody if President Uhuru Kenyatta didn’t pick him as National Assembly speaker in 2013.

Ahmednasir further urged Muturi that he would have died a poor man in Siakago if Uhuru didn’t pick him for the top seat.

The lawyer further blasted Muturi saying that in 2013 he had nothing in his bank account.

However, 6 years down the line, he is a billionaire. The conversation happened in the year 2019.
