Monday, February 21, 2022 – Former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka has dismissed a recent opinion poll that showed that only 1 percent of the Kenyan population supports him.
The survey conducted by TIFA showed that Deputy President William Ruto has the support of 38 percent of Kenyans, followed by former Prime Minister Raila Odinga at 27 percent.
Kalonzo Musyoka was ranked third with 1 percent.
Kalonzo said the TIFA poll is misleading and accused the staff of the firm of cooking figures to please their masters and financiers.
“Can you imagine an opinion poll putting me at 1%?
“Those misleading figures are cooked by individuals in the comfort of their houses.
“From today, update your thinking, your records if you are a Kenyan.
“We shall not accept those who are bribed at the boardrooms to give false opinion polls,” Kalonzo said.
