Wednesday, February 9, 2022 – Elgeyo Marakwet Senator, Kipchumba Murkomen, has revealed how President Uhuru Kenyatta panicked after the Supreme Court nullified the 2017 presidential election.
Speaking at a Kenya Kwanza Alliance rally in Bungoma County on Wednesday, Murkomen, who is a close ally of Deputy President William Ruto, said President Uhuru Kenyatta was a coward who was scared like a cat when the apex court nullified his election due to mass irregularities.
Murkomen, who was attacking Uhuru after he attacked DP Ruto on Monday, said he was at the State House, Nairobi when former Chief Justice David Maraga nullified his win.
Murkomen also revealed that he saw the Head of State shake like a leaf after Maraga overturned his victory.
“I have seen the President breathing fury lately. In 2017 after Maraga nullified our win, I was personally there with the President and was shaking,” Murkomen stated.
