Tuesday, March 12, 2024 – The 96th Academy Awards aired live on Sunday night, March 10, with comedian Jimmy Kimmel back as host for the fourth time.
In the awards ceremony meant to recognize the best talents and films in the world, Oppenheimer left with seven wins, including Best Picture after going into the night with 13 nominations. Poor Things had the second-most wins with four total, including Best Actress for Emma Stone.
