DIDDY slashes asking price for LA mansion which was raided in trafficking probe

Tuesday, September 10, 2024 - Hip Hop mogul, Diddy has slashed asking price for his Beverly Hills mansion which was raided by Homeland Security in a suspected s3x trafficking probe in March.

The rapper, 54, who was seen violently beating ex Cassie in a 2016 security video released in May, bought the home for $40million in 2014 and in July it was reported he planned to sell for $70million.

Now the lavish home, which boasts 13,000 square feet of living space and 1.3 acres of land is hitting the market for $61million, according to Mail Online.

A source said Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs - had planned to sell the home before the Federal raids, saying: 'Diddy established his primary residence in Miami years ago and always planned to sell his LA home once his daughters grew up and moved out.

'He’s an empty nester and spends most of his time in Florida. It has nothing to do with any civil litigation or investigation.'

A description reads: 'A grand cobblestone driveway leads to the completely remodeled estate, which features classic European design elements. The property boasts a luxurious paneled entry foyer with a sweeping staircase bathed in natural light, along with a large living room, formal dining room, wine cellar, office, and a gourmet kitchen with a family room and separate catering kitchen.'

The home features a 35-seat theater, a two-storey guest house, gym, basketball court and 'resort-like swimming pool with a waterfall and grotto.'

The listing will come up on the real estate world’s Multiple Listing Service on Monday.

In July it was claimed the star was trying to sell the home for $70million off-market, TMZ reported.

Sources told the publication Diddy  'wants out of LA' - and has been spending most of his time in Miami.

Combs' homes in Miami and Los Angeles were shockingly raided by federal agents as part of a sex trafficking investigation earlier this year.

The rapper is also fighting lawsuits from other accusers who allege sexual misconduct and abuse.
