KAMALA HARRIS did not receive debate questions in advance - ABC Network says

Friday, September 13, 2024 - ABC Network, the organizers of the last US presidential debate have denied Vice President Kamala Harris was given advance notice of questions ahead of her showdown with former US President Donald Trump.

The denial comes after Trump and his campaign aides claimed his Democratic rival had been given an unfair advantage during Tuesday night’s face off in Philadelphia.

“Absolutely not,” an ABC News spokesperson said in a statement to The Daily Beast.

“Harris was not given any questions before the debate.”

The network’s debate rules stated that “no topics or questions will be shared in advance with campaigns or candidates.”

The spokesperson also said no aides were in contact with moderators David Muir and Linsey Davis. Trump aides have attacked the moderators as “agents of the Harris campaign” following their efforts to fact check Trump but not Harris during the debate..

On Thursday, September 12, Leading Report, a website claimed on X that an ABC whistleblower would “allegedly” release an affidavit that said the Harris campaign was given sample questions in advance and that Harris was given “assurances” that only Trump would be fact-checked during Tuesday’s debate.
