Wednesday, October 16, 2024 - Brazilian MMA fighter, Guilherme 'Bomba' Vasconcelos has tragically died at the age of 38.
Guilherme's uncle, Walter, announced his death. He said: 'We
were looking forward to your visit for Christmas, which will no longer
happen.
'Life is fleeting, and we woke up to this devastating news.
What a time we live in.
'We pray for you! May God, who can do all things, welcome
you in His infinite mercy and comfort all who have always loved you!'
A cause of death is not known at present but reports in
Brazil claim he died in Los Angeles.
Vasconcelos posted a photo outside a Jiu-Jitsu studio on
Instagram less than 24 hours before his death was announced.
Vasconcelos, who dated singer Demi Lovato back in 2017,
left behind a one-year-old daughter, who he shared with model Kayla Lauren.
He accumulated a record of 10-6 across multiple MMA
promotions over the course of his seven-year career.
