Talent pays:See who will be sharing the stage with Morgan Heritage when they land in Kenya


Saturday, 22 August 2015 - World renowned reggae music group, Morgan Heritage is set to thrill their fans in Nairobi, Kenya. 

The legendary Jamaican band confirmed their Kenyan tour via a tweet they sent out on their official page.

The band will be performing at this year’s Extravaganza, which is scheduled to take place on October 3 at the Nyayo National Stadium.

The event, which is organized by Trueblaq and backed by Hot 96, will showcase performances by Nameless, Elani and a wide array of Kenyan talent.

Morgan Heritage prides itself with over 15 albums to its name, and their music career has been on since 1994.

They are renowned for hits like: Don’t Haffi Dread, Tell me How Come, Nothing To Smile About, U’ve got me.

In the run-up to the major show, the event organisers will hold concerts in selected Counties across the country.

“Extravaganza is also soon to roll out to selected major counties in the country and this year we are starting with Thika for a Mini Extravaganza on the 29th of August, 2015 at the St. Patrick’s Primary School Grounds. It will feature top local talent some of whom we expect to grace the main show in October”, said Trueblaq CEO,Kevin Ombajo.
