Evidence that 2015 KCSE has already been leaked and is on sale in the streets(PHOTOs)

Friday, 18 September 2015-Altough KCSE exams are expected to commence on 12^th October, some of the papers have already been leaked to the students.

A concerned Kenyan spotted the papers being sold in Siaya and this is what he had to say;
