Touching! This is what OPRAH WINFREY has done to honour the late WANGARI MAATHAI

Friday, 18 September 2015-The late environmentalist and nobel peace prize winner, Wangari Maathai, is a perfect example of a woman who lived her life to the fullest and left a legacy.

Although she is dead, her daughter has taken over the mantle by starting a campaign  meant to celebrate the little things people are doing to impact the  society positively.

Renowned American TV host Oprah Winfrey, has joined Wangari’s daughter in the noble campaign that will add value to the society.

This is what she posted in honour of the late Wangari Maathai ; “In remembrance of Wangari Maathai, #mylittlething is educating girls to become leaders in their families, in their communities and in our world.”
