"Shangwe Mtaani" raises questions as winners come from one Tribe, See the list

 Saturday, 14 November 2015-Although Safaricom’s  Shangwe Mtaani promotion was supposed to reward lucky customers of the tele-communication giant across the country, questions have been raised after it emerged that the winners come from one tribe.
