A fortnight ago, The Trend
show host had taken to his twitter page to express his dissatisfaction with
Raila after the politician made public a ‘shallow’ list of people he suspected were
involved in the alleged Eurobond scandal.
According to the bubbly TV presenter, Raila’s list did not

Larry was later forced
to delete his tweet and apologize to CORD supporters after he was harshly
abused for apparently disrespecting the veteran leader.
But in a show of support for the outspoken journalist, former
Director of the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission, PLO Lumumba penned down an
inspiring message urging Larry not to be intimidated.
According to PLO, who is famed for his eloquence and command
of the queen’s language, Larry should remain unbowed as he represents a face of
reason in an era where, regardless of their education, many followers of the
former Prime Minister view him as 'Mr. Perfect'.
“ Mr Madowo,
Jean-Jacques Rousseau was right – “Insults are the arguments employed by those
who are in the wrong.” Mr Odinga’s Luo
followers, regardless of their status or education, have deified him and in
their minds he is infallible. It is a tragedy of monumental proportions. Please
remain a warrior for truth, reason and justice even in the face of insults.”
