Sad: See what led to the death of Mother In Law’s RAS’ Mum

Wednesday, January 27, 2016 – A few days ago, popular Citizen TV’s Mother In Law actor, John Githui, better known as Ras, took to social media to express his sadness following the demise of his mother.

Through his Facebook page, the dread locked artist, disclosed that he had lost the most important woman in his life adding that he could not express the emptiness he felt following the untimely death. 

"You were one person I loved greatly Mom... now you are gone. I feel so empty, all i have are tears of pain. Rest in peace Mom. I'll always luv you." The actor's message on Facebook read. 

Speaking during a recent media interview, Ras finally disclosed what led to the death of his mum. According to the talented actor, his late mum had been battling stomach ulcers. Her condition was worsened after she was diagnosed with meningitis, which sadly, took a toll on her.

Ras also pointed out that there will be a fundraiser on Sunday, Jan 31st, to clear the huge hospital bills left behind by his mother.

Ras’ mother passed on at the age of 58. She is survived by two sons, John and Robert Mwangi and five grandchildren. She will be buried in Gatitu village, Nyeri County on Wednesday, February 3.
