 Tuesday, 19 January 2021 – This historical photo shows Raila’s father, Oginga Odinga, addressing his supporters while dressed in a short and Akala shoes.

It’s alleged that after Odinga fell out with Kenyatta in 1966, he started moving around while dressed in Akala shoes and shorts to portray himself as a poor man.
