Friday, March 18, 2022 – The latest opinion poll by the Institute of Survey and Research has revealed how former Prime Minister Raila Odinga will beat Deputy President William Ruto with over 1 million votes during the August 9th Presidential election.
The poll made public on Friday stated that according to data from the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), Raila is way ahead of Ruto in terms of numbers.
The data alleges that a total of 18.3million voters will likely participate in the exercise of which 9.9 million voters will vote for Raila Odinga while 8.1million will vote for DP Ruto.
The data also shows Ruto will receive more votes from Central Kenya and his backyard Rift Valley as Raila will receive huge support from other regions such as Nyanza, Eastern, Coast, Nairobi, North Eastern and Western regions.
