MZEE KIBOR saw his death coming – See what he did a month ago and left his family surprised.

 

Friday, 18 March 2022 – Shrewd farmer-cum-politician, Jackson Kibor, had seen his death coming, a month before he breathed his last.

According to a family member, Mzee Kibor called a family meeting last month and gave each of his 15 sons 200 acres.

He also gave 100 acres to each of his 11 daughters.

He also donated two acres to a local church two weeks before his death.

Kibor’s eldest son, Philip, who is the family’s spokesperson, said his father resolved all family disputes and sought forgiveness at the meeting.

“Some of us felt that they would be short-changed and Mzee wanted to have his way. You will not see us in court,” he said.

Philip described his father as an organised man who united his family before his death, eventually proving naysayers wrong.

“Many people didn’t think he would unite all of us,” he said. 

Kibor, who is survived by 28 children, succumbed to Covid-19 related illnesses he had endured since 2020.

His lungs were damaged due to the effects of the deadly virus.

His kidneys were later damaged, leading to more complications.
