Two little brothers who survived a grisly road accident that killed both their parents and 3 siblings left homeless after their uncle grabbed their family home.

 Friday, 21 January 2022 – The two brothers who survived a grisly road accident that claimed the lives of their parents and three siblings over the festive season, are currently stranded at the Coast General Hospital, after their uncle took over their home in Mombasa.

The two surviving boys of the Bundi Family aged, 10 and 3 years, were discharged but they had nowhere to go after their uncle refused to accommodate them at their family home.

Their heartless uncle reportedly locked the house and denied them access.

He wants to grab the lavish house.

“Watoto walikuwa discharged tangu last week, lakini pahali tunaenda ndio hatujui kama mlango ulifungwa na ndugu za kina Baba…sasa kuaccess nyumba ni kazi, ata kubadilisha nguo zenye mtoto hatuwezi,” their aunt told Citizen TV.

According to the boys’ aunt, Bundi’s elder brother, Dennis Nyamweno, took control of properties owned by the deceased after the burial.

Neighbors and the church have raised concerns over the takeover that has rendered the children homeless, further demanding justice for the minors.

 “Hajapokea simu…hapokei simu, ni kama anajua ni nani anampigia simu, anachagua wale anaeza ongea nao,” a neighbor said.

Bundi alongside his wife and three daughters died in a crash along the Nairobi-Mombasa highway while on their way to Kisii for Christmas.

Bundi was a well-known contractor in Mombasa.
