Friday, March 18, 2022 – A video has emerged of a Kikuyu granny admonishing Kiambu Governor, James Karanja Nyoro, and President Uhuru Kenyatta, for supporting former Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s presidential bid in August.
It is now in public that Uhuru and Nyoro are supporting Raila Odinga’s presidential quest, saying he is the best bet for the Kikuyu community.
The granny in the video said Uhuru should keep the “kumi yangu kumi ya Ruto” promise.
The woman further termed President Uhuru Kenyatta as a disgrace for supporting a man who wanted him to rot in the International Criminal Court (ICC).
“Though he said he does not owe Ruto any political debt, we know very well he made a promise to him. Let’s talk the truth here,” she said while Nyoro listened.
“Why can’t he remember where Ruto has brought him from? We all know that Ruto made him president and yet he says he does not owe him any debt, can’t he feel ashamed?” she posed.
